PinPAC 4 System

First and foremost

As with all of our headphone kits, it is important that you confirm coin door compatibility and machine compatibility.  Each product has instructions on the product page (as well as below) to guide you in purchasing the correct product for your machine.

Design Background

Pinnovators developed the PinPAC 4 for the newer Stern SPIKE and SPIKE 2 systems.

The SPIKE and SPIKE2 systems produce stereo sound so we needed to redesign our legacy kit to handle the new stereo sound.

The PinPAC 4 will meet the demand of current and future Stern SPIKE and SPIKE 2 pinball machine titles that have a Lower Dollar Bill Acceptor (LDBA) on their coin door.

We designed it into an original factory LDBA coin door plate!  The plates were machined and the PinPAC electronics were installed on the plates.  We tested the PinPAC 4 on the new Ghostbusters, Star Wars and Aerosmith.  The sound is amazing!

• Easy “plug n play” installation, no soldering required. Just basic hand tools.
• Universal custom made control panel that cleanly mounts on the coin door.
• Super clean! One-cable installation from the soundboard to control panel. One ESD ground wire install too.
• Integrated headphone jack to plug into the action and increase your concentration and level of play.
• Factory speaker mute button for those late-night games when the family is in bed.

  •  Watchers can listen to the gameplay while player plugs in and tunes out other players and distractions.

• Subwoofer output jack (cable kit sold separately)
• Master Audio Control (MAC) - adds an integrated system volume up and down control to the headphone panel.  You'll no longer need to open the door to control the system volume!  One of the great features is this volume control works during play or at any other time!  After testing, customer feedback was tremendous about the added flexibility of our system.  All in one pinball audio control was born.

The PinPAC 4 MAC Spike/Spike 2 is compatible with machines with the "H" coin door.

For EXPORT machines, checkout our PinPAC 4 MAC Spike/Spike 2 EXPORT kit compatible with the "K" coin door.

If you find you do not have an "H" or "K" coin door please contact us to see how we can help you.

Please note that some export Stern titles do not provide a LDBA.  Recently we have seen Stern ship KISS export systems with no LDBA.  Please make sure you have the correct coin door ("H").
