Return Policy

All sales are final and may not be returned for a refund. The only exception is for a damaged, defective item or incorrectly ordered item, which need to be returned to us within 15 days of delivery of your order for an exchange of the same item or correct item. Contact Pinnovators for any other requests for returns and we will work with you to keep you satisfied.
