Shipping policy

Pinnovators is located in the Northeast US.

We ship via the USPS, UPS and DHL. If an option is available in your area you will see it when you get to checkout along with the cost so you can make the decision on which shipping method is best for you.

We do not mark up shipping.  We charge you what we are charged to ship to you.

International Customers (Canada, UK, Australia)

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia exclusively via USPS for reliable, cost-effective delivery. USPS hands off to the local postal service (Canada Post, Royal Mail, or Australia Post) for final delivery. Please be aware that customs may assess duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery, which are the customer's responsibility. USPS and local postal services typically result in minimal or no brokerage charges compared to commercial courier services.

Other International Customers

• We accept international orders.
• You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
• We are not responsible to ship you another package or refund you as long as we can provide you a USPS customs office tracking number.
• If you do not request registered mail, any loss or damage is your responsibility.
• International Priority will take 1 - 4 business days or longer.
• If there is an adjustment to your international shipping fee, we will contact you first before processing your order.
